IT support information

Mount Austin High School provides IT support, information and advice to staff and students.

The IT support centre is located in the Library. Students can see IT support staff in the Library for assistance with Department of Education laptops and online systems. 

Staff can log IT support issues via the Issue Tracking module in Sentral. For support with Department of Education systems, staff should contact EDConnect on 1300 32 32 32 or log an online request at  EdConnect online query.
